We went up to Wallerfield with the intention of covering a Circuit Racing Family Day event which was free to the public as far as spectating. However when we got there we were greeted by two pickup vans (with their tail-gates down to reduce drag!) racing around the track with some other more popular circuit cars. We could count the entire crowd on two hands and apart from a few "test runs" by Tanko, Gary Hunt and Michael Joseph Racing, there was nothing much else to see.

So we ventured on to the drag strip and as usual there was a crowd of spectators, racers and otherwise "peongs" enjoying some sunday racing in between the intermitant showers.
