The Trinidad and Tobago rally club held its third event for the year 2014 at the newly re-introduced and apparently, very famous, Snake rally stage located in Preysal Village, Couva. The stage brought back to life for the International Rally Trinidad event which was held just before this one and here we are again.Full Story
The Trinidad & Tobago Automobile Sport Association (TTASA) has acquired use of the circuit track at Wallerfield to host a leg of the CMRC regional circuit racing event here on August 24th 2014. Current TTASA President Mr. Robert Amar has confirmed that the association’s members are working feverishly to have the facility ready in time for the upcoming event. Sunday morning: 10:00am, where were you? Well one would expect us to be attending a church service of some sorts, but no, here we are in Arima Race Club; roasting tires and hitting rev limiters. Whatatatata! Mad men from around the little island popped up with their machinery ready to cause damage, and not for one second think there was only rear wheel drive cars. No no no. AutoNation’s EK civic was there. Yes, a civic. Fitted with thinner tires to the back allowing the car to break traction easier this little yellow thing was quite enjoyable to watch as it looped loops and shredded rubber.Full Story
