All machines are brand new in factory sealed box, in rare cases we have open box items available which were display/showcase items. The reason for the 6 months warranty is to reduce the price of the unit all together; if you were to compare our prices to those online you will notice they are very close if not cheaper in some instances. If you read carefully you will also notice you can have a 1 year warranty on the same item by paying for an extended warranty at a cost of $300.


Note: All units comes with 1 years manufacturer's warranty

so the manufacturer warranty is different from this warranty? and can both combine to give 2 years warranty or both is active for 1 year at the same time.. and..manufacturer warranty means that it will have to be shipped back to be repaired if needed?

Yes it is, we provide 6 months warranty locally on all items and an additional 6 months warranty at a cost of $300. The warranty period is 1 year total. The manufacturer’s warranty is honored by the manufacturer and not P.P.R. Electronics, in some instances the items has to be returned to the US for repairs, some manufacturers has agents locally where the item can be fixed.
