ive adjusted the pulley to the correct position but yet the pulley has a tilt to the top... i really want to stop this problem. the belt shreds and the pulley apparently gets slack for sum strange reason, can anyone advise me what is to be done, i installed new belts today.. does anyone have a pulley with the entire housing and bolt as well for me to at least change to resolve this problem.
