wtk : shud i cut the bump stops

ok guys. got myself a set of Espelir springs for my ek4 hatch and planning to install them on some KYB Excel G shocks.

the drop is supposed to be 50mm right around.

do i need to cut the bump stops for the shocks??

I don't see why for a 50mm drop... but it's really up to you when you install, you can eyeball it.... as it's TnT roads... I would try to avoid cutting them.

x2 : the reason i am asking is because i installed a set of Eibach Pro-Kit springs on a ek3 hatch before and the instructions that came with springs had indicated i shud cut the bump stops. the drop on that was 1.3" around so with that in mind, was wondering with this 50mm drop (which works out to about 2") if i need to cut the bump stops. i didn't get any instructions with the Espelir springs.

with espiler jc no need for that, i had these on my car...... sweetest ride ever.. and i tried alot of different brands before
