Re programmeing ROVER 400 ECU

Hi my name is NAIM my telephone contact is 868-684-7885, I have a ROVER 400 with a Honda D16B2 engine, this vehicle was assembled with this Honda engine, However the ECU is faulty and need to be changed... I am getting the Identical excact ECU to replace. I need someone to RE-PROGRAMME the new ECU with the security system in the car (Built in Immobiliser). If this is not done (RE-PROGRAMMING) the car will not start.. CAN SOMEONE SHARE A TELEPHONE CONTACT FOR A PROFESSIONAL PERSON WHO CAN DO THIS FOR ME. I have met with a lot of people woh cannot do it because they don't have the Rover soiftware to re-programme the ECU.
