Pal try the shell hx 7 and see.
But before u do so try this.
Pour a half of 1 quart of tranny oil in d engine let vehicle run for 3 minutes den drain wile draiing pour the rest of the tranny oil let it flow out after get the oil u choose throw some see if comes out the same color of the oil and den add your 4 qrts of oil.
See if that cleans up some sludge.

if you're running NP now, i think the best thing to switch to is Valvoline max Life semi synthetic. I recommend for two reasons, it has a robust anti wear package and an okay detergency package, secondly, seal conditioners will minimize the chance of developing a leak as the sludge is removed.

My 1 cent. Np Ultra Tec 20W-40 is a bess oil for the QG, but a 10W-30 oil runs better. After trying a few of them I settled on Mobil. Still changed my oil every 5000K. Engine only died because of a flecked up thermostat job, but it was running smooth until the cooling system problem. At the end of the day, the QG is a shite engine, so just use NP.
