That's the viscousity that you should use... the thickness of the oil. The use of synthetic or mineral is up to you to decide. Every oil is different, so you need to let us know what you expect from the oil, in order to properly advise on which will be best for you. Factors to consider: Price, Mileage, Type of engine, Protection, Fuel Economy, Power.
