I was browsing and came across this on IMPUL's japan website, the translation is fairly understandable.
From what i could figure out you have 2 options to get a Tiida like this 1. go to a dealer in japan and order parts or 2.order the whole car from the dealer, no internet orders, theres also a march and a cube, i'll uploadload those later but for now enjoy!

the pick is fairly large so be patient.
