Did you check for a blown head gasket?

Almost any parts shop! South, check the places on Cipero Street. The Motorist as well for genuine Nissan.

If you're sure that the temperature gauge is working properly it's possible that your water pump is faulty.

I'm not familiar with the March's cooling system so I can't say.

Unless someone suggests otherwise, the best thing to do may be to pull it out and inspect the impellers. Sometimes they come loose from the pulley shaft and in other cases are partially (or fully) rusted away.

You also stated that you changed the fan. Make sure that it's switching on and off correctly. Sometimes its relay goes bad.

BTW, when you get things working again, re-install your thermostat. It keeps your engine's temperature within the proper operating range.

chk the temp sensor and sending unit for the temp...usually located on the exit/out line to the rad....if there is corrosion on it it can send a wrong signal and it may look as though u overheating but ur not
