B14 does not start

I have a friend who has a B14 that was packed down a couple of years. Battery was changed, plugs changed, fresh gas added to gas tank. Car tumbles but does not start. The fuel filter was disconnected and car switch to on, no fuel comes out (I cant remember if the fuel pump is supposed to be pumping in the ON position). So I am suspecting fuel pump..

Any ideas?

yeah, the fuel pump should be active at ON.

Yep pump, common problem with Nissans that have been unused for a long period, the pump seizes up.

It's a b14 so cheap easy fix though.
