Folks,
I brought in a 2007 Tiida from Japan last week. Immaculate condition doing very low mileage. No Odometer reset here.
But the engine was idling at 1800RPM and the airbag light was blinking.
I disconnected the battery terminal for a while, even grounded it too.
No change.
I was worried about this, as I brought in this car for a real good friend.
I took it to Shannon at Union Park Junction in Marabella.
His son Sean did a diagnostic and reset.
5 minutes or less.
In 2-2's the idling went normal, and the airbag light went off !
$100.
I breathed a sigh of relief.
