Help with Y12 Wingroad

Postby javishm » November 22nd, 2013, 12:18 am

Got a problem with a Y12 wingroad,

When driving(cruising not at high speeds) suddenly the rpm would drop, car would loss power. RPM usually drops to about 1200-1500 as if you release your foot off the pedal even though you dont. For the car to pick up or gain power again u have to floor and then you will get a response. Does npot happen all the time.

HR15 engine
Super gas

check anil from the forum and he did a scan...he said there is a problem where the transmission is not picking up the signal for the engine. he believes a wire might have been cut or something of that sort

I did over the exhaust in mines. full tune up by Steve from Ben Lomand, new plugs, cleaned throttle body, injectors, changed oil and filters, changed transmission oil with original oil,

Rescanned twice and showed clear.

Still giving the same problem.

However a guy had a tiida with same engine and problem. He changed the transmission and his problem was solved.

I thinking to change my tranny too and see.

Let me know what you guys think.
