Is it safe to add a turbo to a 1.8L MR18DE ?

Well i know the new Juke coming Mr16 turbo.But seeing that the exhaust manifold is behind the engine their might be some space issues.Nothing is impossble doh ,everybody doubted me when i turbo charged a Qg15 an ran 10psi an its still running!
