polyurethane would be better....better handling, still soft and more controllable.

i had RBI and it was alright, cant compare to energy suspension polyurethane....and its only like 30-40$ more for a major bushing compared to RBI. Check tuner imports to see what he can get for u.

Rane, go with polyurethane. Teflon would be too stiff for your liking. Rubber is good too, but if you're from the bush like me and have to drive through pothole avenue, it wont last as long.

if u put teflon you will regret it every day untill its changed

i even saw on older vehicles where ppl put teflon and it cause the hole it was inserted into
to wear really badly

yeah, but teflon is really stiff with almost no flexing all
the road vibrations will have no where to go but directly onto the mount holes ....after a while he will mess up the holes the bushings are being pressed

i bought this to install and never even bothered

In terms of ride it feeling the same because I pres in teflon on the subframe and I used 2 oem cradle the ride is smooth I was suprise when going through ruff no noise at all. The ride is very smooth.

NB: If u changing your sub frame and cradle make sure u change your shock mounts and stablizer rubber to ok.

the ride will be good since its a fairly new car and once the shocks are ok, it will absorb most of the road vibrations
