You have to also clean the (IACV) Idle Air Control Valve. It is right under the Throttle Body intake in the QG engines.

i'm guessing you have the e throttle - if i'm correct a simple relearn procedure will fix - either have it done manually or using a diagnostic tool

With these cable type throttles also after a few runs the idle stabilizes. Try lubricating the outer spring also that controls the butterfly where the cable connects to the throttle. If this does not help well you'll just have to adjust the idle screw which is a last resort though.

ensure the IACV is also cleaned properly and reinstalled correctly and functional.
some recalibration may be in order

Obviously when you clean the throttle body the parameters will change and the car will idle higher to less friction and the brain will take awhile for it to readjust.Usually happens in QG,MR,HR and will set back in place after continuous driving.
