GA15 pinging after adding fuel treatment

My GA15 engine started "pinging" one day after adding a QMI fuel treatment. What can be causing the pinging? Possible knock sensor issue?

Also, there is some oil inside the distributor cap. Can the problem be just the distributor or a combination of things?

replace BOTH seals by the distributor and set distributor correctly...come back and lets us know the outcome.
