B14 problems

So im havin this problem, when I put the car on drive I'm getting a delay before it actually moves forward, anyone knows what's the problem there?

if the car revs and then sorta jerks right before it starts to drive it could be the clutches in the transmission probably worn down

happened to my dad's b14, i used the old school method and put about 75ml's of brakes fluid....no probs since (about 4-5mths ago)
