Sr20 de-t with auto tranny?

Was wondering if the regular auto tranny that came with the p11 can hold up to a turbo application at stock boost levels?

The above link is build thread for a SR20DET Auto pulsar. End result was the tranny and torque convertor had to be modified for it to shift gears properly. They used a SR18 LSD transmission however.

I was considering this some time back but it would just be cheaper to go with a LSD gearbox instead. Upgrade from cable to fluid clutch and you on in traffic!
