Big light y11 wingroad headlight

One of the headlights not lighting so I decided to replace the bulb. First off to get the bulb out isn't straight forward since the radiator overflow bottle and windscreen washer bottle as well is blocking the socket. Secondly the car came with some sort of high intensity lights, an electrician told me some came stock out of japan with HIDs.

So my question is once I get someone to help me get the bulb out are their places selling replacement for these? Also depending on the cost how easy is it to just replace the two bulbs with the normal stock ones

Got the bulb out and it's a D2r Philips bulb, however after spending a few hundreds to get some Chinese replacement the electrician said it appears it wasn't the bulb but rather the ballast. Can anyone tell me whether this ballast is available in the bamboo or where I can get it to buy
