...but that would mean that those people will think that PTSC, COOSALS and Jnr Sammy and all the other companies pay large sums to get their fleets all lic'd with consec. numbers when they get their new fleets, which we SHOULD all know, isn't the case.

..and besides, you don't pay for a plate number, you ask, if free, you get it.
