yeah man ,nearly had one like this . found it at ashay's farm in arima in the late 80's .a fiberglass specialist name ken had it and was making moulds for the fenders & doors. i remember all the additional structural bracing to the bulkheads.intended to buy it but i came back the guy had packed up & got a lucrative job in england . don't know where it was stored.

I have a friend who turbo-ed a ford 2.0 pinto .,ford sierra injection Kent turbo cam forged turbo pistons sealed power gap-less rings ,o ringed block.HE AINT FRAID no japanese 4 banger or rb .A turbo charged pre emission engine is a force to be reckoned with.Pintos are oversquare huge ports and a hell of a crank ,weak rods but thats what Mastercards are for
