2013 rules posted as a sticky

these new rules at the middle of the season can be seen as unacceptable. plus some of the rule changes are a bit harsh. is it to say that cars classed at the beginning of the season are not now eligible for the same class. like for instance a evo (i'm not sure) may be stock but has oem lsd and sway bars and will now be bumped a further place. FOR WHAT. BEING A STOCK EVO. that in my mind is madness. how can you penalize a stock car.

I didn't really read the rules before but now that I have I find it a bit strange this was done wrt the LSDs - 2 on an evo being an automatic class bump.

I see no problem with penalizing stock cars BTW, some cars will perform better than others with similar PWRs. One question I do have is the Sway bars, do you get 2 points for front and 2 for rear or just 2 for any sway bars.. that would be an automatic 2 points for most cars that compete.
