Hello addicted.1,

There are many choice, much of which doesn't have to be on the high end of prices and brands. Most sub woofers are very capable of doing proper sq, but your enclosure says the final word.Seeing that you stated around 600wrms, I'm guessing this is the amplifier power you have to work with, so it's also your maximum possible continuous rated power. Therefore for a bit of headroom, I would recommend a combination, or single sub-woofer that has a total power rating of anywhere between 400-500wrms.

Here are some recommendations,
Jl audio w0,wx and w3 lines
Pioneer , yes pioneer (if done correctly, this would surprise you)
Image dynamics IDQ, ID and even the CTX lines
Re audio SRX and SE lines
Rockford fosgate P2 an P3 lines
Skar audio IVX lines
Interfire IFX and TUNN lines
Ground zero hydrogen lines

There's too much to list actually,so the choice would be your personal preference.

I hope I answered your questions,
Team ADT

Hello,

Ok, well in that case, the type r or the re se.My personal choice would be the re se.

Search the forum, you will find a couple reviews from the sq guys on the re and the alpine.

Thanks,
Team ADT

Elemental Designs 13ov.2 5-600rms - $850.00

These were manufactured by Image Dynamics for Elemental Designs. Something to consider at a good price. We also have the Alpine Type R available - 2011 model.

We have demos available if you would like to compare.
