need some help with batteries for this system i stetsom 2k5d playing 4 rcf 10" 1 stetsom 7k playing 2 12 " dd 1 ppi 4125 playing 4 rcf n850 drivers

alternator is a 125 amp

i cud tell u almost exactly what u need
but i need to knwo what 12s and what batts u have already

2dd 9512 i already have three of the big yellow top optima d 31t

u need to be able to supply at least 800a of current to max out that system

you need to have your minimum voltage as 12.0v after crank

the 3 optimas good for 200a of current supply
hence u lacking 600a

if u put a 300a alternator (that does 300a - not an over-rated one)
u will need 300a of current supply from batteries
300a of current could be supplied by 375ah of batteries.

your optima battery is 75ah

the loudest 2 12 vehicle in the country right now is running a 270a mechman alternator and 720ah of sparta batteries and has no current problems

in other words,op,you have some $$ to spend on current.
