WTK: Pioneer DEH-P7400HD

Hey Tuners, looking to buy a new Head Unit.

Model is in the Subject.
1) How is the build quality? Will it last long?
2) Is the 5band equalizer effective enough so i won't need a preamp?
3) If i can get pros and cons that would be great.
4) I need opinions from people who own/owned this head unit.

its a good deck. also it depends what you are going to use it for?

It will be connected to two amplifiers a 4channel and a monoblock.- 2 8" speakers-2 bullet tweeters and 1 12" subwoofer.
