Hey it's 2014 it have lots of sub's out here, which brand stands out to date???? I'am looking for a single 15" for competition use in ah suv!!!

Would recommend an upgraded alternator as well. It will keep the system operating voltage higher and that amp will appreciate that. Plus, higher operating voltage = more power!

Considering the 2700Wrms you have, I would recommend a 'high end' sub rated around 1600 - 2000Wrms.. at that power range, you'd maximize the performance on the sub and will obtain the best efficiency. Higher rated subs will need even more power to really get them going, so be careful on what you buy.
