OP can easily google about those types of coils & its pros\cons

in choosing ur sub\s go with companies with a well known reputation who have been in business for yrs rather than some of d recent fly by night brands who may\may not last long ... :|

Generally speaking, copper is heavier, which tends to lower the resonant frequency of a driver. In turn it can also make it slightly less efficient. (correct me if wrong)

amp is rated at 2200@ 1 ohm at 12.6 v

in theory look for a sub whose handling power is no more than 1700 rms rated by the manufacturer
so ideally I think most subs will either be rated 1500 1600 or 2000 rms
so you can go with either the 1500 or 1600 rms rated sub

depending on your choice of music that will determine the fs of the sub you choose as well as if ported then the port tuned freq of the enclosure and size.
this should yield an efficient system for a daily driver with no reliability issues ....assuming that system voltage stays above 12.6v

Not sure about that- unless you run subs in free air or ib for an intended impedance response. Tons of t/s and physical factors can override inherent resonance.
