Jump starting with fuel injected cars

i've heard a few ppl saying that it's dangerous to jump start cars if u have a fuel injected car, cause it can damage your brain-box...can anyone confirm this, an if so, what should i do if i have to jump someone??

well i've jumped a few fuel injected cars and i had no problems (be it the car being jumped or the car doing the jumping)
But i thing its best to use the engine as ground for both cars and u sould be ok like i said i've done it with Toyotas, Hondas, Mitsus and Mazdas with no ill effects at all.

side note never put the ground on a battery there is a chance of it exploding or damaging it if i remeber correctly
