If is type I will scan the page from my manual for u

I used Mobile 1 - 10w30
Last oil changed I switch to Schaeffer 20w50

Use 10W30 once you have no oil consumption.
Use a synthetic if you want to run extended drain intervals.
Use the Royal Purple or Amsoil oil filter if you don't want to change the filter in between oil changes, or want the best oil filtration possible.

i use valvoline maxlife 20w50 in my nze. works pretty well as far as i can tell. but yeah you can use the 10w30 just fine

Good advice when using synthetic be sure to get an extended drain oil filter. syn is a bit more expensive but the cleaning and protection is unmatched.

That being said all oils have a breaking point I normally use amsoil 10w30 for 10k. You could run normal Dino oil for 7k max I say 7 because today oils are much better than in the pass. once you change it in a reasonable time your engine will not slug.

Slug is the worst and the main cause of oil stavation second to clugged filter

So if you have the funds synthetic you will save in the long run if not Dino but change on time

Valvoline is a synth blend so i find it works pretty good. But yeah synth is best if you have no burn. But my nze is over 110k so i using d 20w50 to make sure i dont burn
