brake issue with tch hilux 3.0

van keeps running when brake is applied, changed master cyl rubbers, caliper rubbers, person we bought vehicle from used ohk shoes at back and wagner disc pads, the pedal feels normal but not getting the firm stop

You answered tue question. Buy oem and chqnge out. Also get those rotors polished or cut accordingly. But check minimum run off on rotors. Your rotors can reach minimum thickness. What is the mileage?

There may still be a little air in the hydraulic system.
