W.T.K K&N Filters

I have a Hilux Vigo Champ 2012 3.0 and thinking about putting a K&N Air Filter.

Does this really give extra HP and work better than the stock air filter ?

have one for more than 2 yrs...never experienced the issues some people got by over oiling the filter....not much hp on a diesel but i use it for the reusability
