slave cylinder was relocated where exactly
If the turbo wasn't leaking I would have probably done the relocation but I might as well put a sightly bigger turbo one time because I hear the stock turbo runs out of breath pretty quick

A bracket was made and the cylinder was moved/angled slightly away from the turbo. But because of this angle, the piston was now working harder and it use to deteriorate fast and needed to be rebuilt once per year.

^^^not yet it's in the making...have gearbox and front cut....ordered flywheel and clutch pack and I hadda build a custom manifold for a TD04 turbo

I just picked up a 2001 Lancer Cedia GDI Turbo ralliart model.
I take it has a 4G93T.
Any help on making this go faster woulod be great. Would a boost controller and blowoff valve help?
Also, what PSI are these running as standard?

Long story short, dunno.


Tried moving the gear shifter and it was stuck so I'm hoping that's a simple wd40 fix.
Intercooler has to install.
Crossmember needs to install
Down pipe looks way too close to the ground.
Need to get the car actually starting (only started it twice) and hope to god I need no sensors

Hi all,

I bought a ck4 awd 1.8 4g93t. But what i was told is that the car originally came as a mivec.
I am in need of rear shocks, would normal ck4 shocks work? or will i need gsr shocks is there a difference?

Can i use the evo4 shocks? if yes what other modifications would be needed?

Also i am thinking of converting to an evo later on. But before i do can you say what i may need to do? i will be buying a complete front half and transfer over everything.

Mivec never came Awd. Only the gsr and the evo.
Evo shock and springs should be able to bolt in.

The front cut will be easier and better but you will need a evolution diff as the gsr and the evolution are different in terms of ratios.

You can also use the gsr box with the evolution 4g63t.

Heyy fellas can u tell me which lancer model did these caliper and rotors came from?? Some one told me might be from the 4g93t cb model. Rotor is 5 hole and caliper is single pot but bigger than the standard cb3a calipers. pics below to show.

Been looking all over for an Oil cooler Seal. Called all over, Federal, Fiaz, even mr. DM don't have it.

Found some online but don't know if it will work on GDI 4G93t.

Can anyone confirm that this is the correct Part number? Oil Seal MD 168055

the correct number for the GDI 4G93T oil cooler seal that you looking for is MD620908

MD168055 is the crankshaft seal (oil pump side)
