Help! 4G94 GDI Engine Change

Hey guys, I am trying to get some info and advice. I have a 4G94 gdi engine in my galant but would like to change it out for an engine that runs on super gas. Is there any engine that is compatible that will not require cross breeding?

I also am interested in having the same or greater level of performance from the engine. Any help is appreciated.

Why are you changing the engine for? Since the increase in premium I cant afford that price so i switched to super and I also does throw in a redline every month or so now and so far have not have any adverse effects as yet.

Tried super already and ended up by the mechanic. Car started idling erratic and began shutting down shortly after. Had to clean injectors etc. I don't really want to change the engine but was also wondering what my options would be as a last resort.

Will probably try the super with a treatment again and see. Thanks for the assist.

There are engines that you can use without cross breeding. I think there is the 4g63,4g64,6a12 and then there is the beast 6a13tt. You won't have a problem finding engines that are compatible.
