Cosmetic work. Done for 2 reasons
1. Some areas of the hood paint were developing some fine cracks
2. The black paint on the bonnet was hard to maintain at an even finish i.e. Marks, stains, etc.

Its a 2, how much did the carbon vinyl run you? I wanna get rid of my bonnet pins (came with the car) but dont know what to do about the holes they'll leave behind. I figure the easiest thing is to wrap it in the carbon vinyl....either that or "dummy" aero catch pins. Its retarded that I have to pull out the pins then go back to pull the bonnet latch lol

Got it for $100/ft x 5 ft wide. The roll is 5 ft wide. I bought two 4 ft long pieces. 1 for bonnet and the other for the hood. Nice bits of excess to put where ever you want.

So mine was $800 for the CF and $250 to install by a tint man. $1050
