Hi folks. Some time ago my handbrake light remained on after I put down the handbrake to drive off. Found my brake fluid abnormally low.
Basically the brake piston seal on the front right side was ruptured and that's where the fluid was leaking out. I got the seal kit and overhauled both front brakes. Topped up and bled system as usual. Now that damn handbrake light hasnt come off since
Checked the handbake switch with a multimeter but thats good (closed circuit when handbrake engaged and open circuit when disengaged).

Any ideas?

Have you tried disconnecting the connection at the master cylinder and reconnecting it to see?

Yeah tried all that. Going and make some checks again now.
