need to kno if the ck2 and ck4 body structure is the same as the evo4...can one take a ck2 or ck4 and convert to a full evo4... how do u kno?

Take a read of the attached link.

How To "Evolutionize" your Lancer!

You may want to pm the author of the thread in that link. I believe he is doing a conversion of a CM5A to an E6. He can probably give you some specific things that you would need to look out for based on his experiences.
