Question 4g92 and 4g18 head

Can the head on the ck4 4g92 be swapped with the cs3 lancer 4g18, they look the same outside are both are 1.6L . Yes or no ?

Taking a shot at this based on seeing a friend who had a 4g15 DOHC head on the 4g18 block.

I am not certain if the water passages lined up but it had worked for him. But he was using the 4g15 ecu and he had a bit of tuning issues with it especially with regards to timing.

only way to know is the probably get a 4g18 gasket, find a 4g92 head and line it up.
