Need help on GDI mechanic

Hi all
My PCA GDI lancer has shut down, does not seem to be a battery issues, lights come on, click click of Brain box comes one, starter does not seem to tumble (Was tumbling before but engine did not seem to catch), but engine had low oil and I hope I did not mash it up. Car was parked for a week.
Can anyone recommend a good GDI mechanic, preferably with diagnostic equipment & in the East. Normaly take it to service at Chaguanas auto
