WTK -Tuning Japanese Legacy Radios!

Fellow Tuners:

Looking for someone who can properly tune a factory radio on a 2007 Legacy. A band x was installed but I still get faded stations etc. OR if someone knows of a radio for sale from a 2007 up local Legacy.
