EL15 has AVCS so you need one with it, so instead of looking for EL15 heads which will be hard to find, look for a pair of EJ20 AVCS heads those will work. Change the pair and not one...

Instead of EL15 go with a EJ20 non turbo from the BL5 legacy..head and block drops right in and gives you much better torque..
