i have a 1.6 engine in a 2002 bugeye.i was hearing a noise as if air was escaping so i carried the vehicle to the muffler guy who checked and said everything was in order.any ideas as to what cud b causin the noise and if so any remedies please?thank you....
Open the bonnet and let the engine run so you hearing the noise and see if you can pinpibt where it coming from. If the noise goes away when the engine is warm is could be a hairline crack in the exhaust manifold
