I would recommend two open source tuners locally..

Ryan (R- tune) and Marlon (sonic on TSOC)

From what i've heard... you have to pay a licensing fee initially..which is a few thousand dollars....then the tune locks the ECU..so only ECUTEK can make changes.

and??? that allows one to not mess up their tune, then blame the tuner...
