Buying a (local) used Forester-what issues should I look for

Its a PCH Forester, gas. Is there any issues I need to look out for?

If you can. Before you buy get a diagnostic scan done. Error codes can be cleared and problems remain unseen till later down the road

nope, i got in too late.
It was a pck non turbo model going for $95,000

I'm looking at a PCR 2009 Forester going for $140,000.
Mileage is 150,000km

Is this a good buy? what issues should i be looking for?

Boost leaks. Hoses get crappy after 100 000 km.

Looks for shifting issues with the transmission, suspension noises and signs of engine damage and knock.
