MOTORCRAFT TRANSMISSION FLUID. I bought it at the dealership for $90/quart. I know this is expensive but when it comes to your transmission, I would rather spend the extra for the recommended fluid as opposed to having to change my transmission. Motorcraft is recommended for Ford Rangers. They also have the MOTORCRAFT POWER STEERING FLUID and COOLANT.

Hi what is recommended Kms to change your transmission fluid ?
And hearing alot of guys complaining about over heating any recommended kms to change your thermostat ?

Changing your transmission fluid every 40,000km is the recommended period. However, it should be inspected every 8,000 km.
