So I was checking my oil, needs to change soon by the way, and I noticed a sensor on the SSS intake manifold. And it looked like a MAP (Manifold Absolute Pressure) sensor. And I was like, that cant be a MAP sensor, cause the SSS has a MAF (Mass Air Flow).
So I pulled out the trusty service manual, and looky that, it is a MAP sensor.

Too lazy to see how it affects the ECU.. Anyone got any ideas?

its jus one of several inputs used by the ecu to calculate how much fuel the injectors should be delivering under varying conditions. The ecu has several base tables for this; mapping load, grams /s (air), and throttle position to RPM. Then there are short and long term trim tables which log variances from the set tables required by each particular engine

Of course ther are about a million trouble codes that the fueling system can generate... lol.

Youre definitely correct...
According to the second post, it affects fuel, timing and EGR.

yup... both are used to evaluate load (redundant), and the result is a injector duty cycle and a timing advance value.

Yep.....two sensors are getting more common place. IIRC, the late model Supras were one of the first JDM "perf" cars to use both a MAP and a MAF sensor.
