^^^especially with ah heavy Mk2...but they wont really bend as much as they will go out of tune and vibrate.....

I have wires on the MGB and they annoy me for a few reasons:
nearly impossible to tune and even harder to balance
also, you need to run tubes, which are getting harder to find locally...plus rim bands are recommended, to protect the inner tubes from the back of the spokes....and these are NOT available locally.....that said, a white Mk2 with wires looks gorgeous.....

Plex's car is one of the better style exercises of a Pug I've seen locally. The rims alone bring his car out in the most unsuspectingly pimperish way........as he said, he just needs some projectors and maybe an inch drop....simple and effective

I have never seen his ride since he is hiding it under his bed..lol.
