VW 1.4 TSI cover broke, help!

Hi guys,

Today just wasn't my day, got into an accident, but I'm ok, then came home and tried to pry the cover off of my engine in the Jetta and apparently yanked it the wrong way and damaged it. There are two clips that hold the cover in place, one broke. First of all, do they even sell these as a spare part? Anyway, was wondering what would be the strongest glue to use to stick this plastic back. It should be either clear or black and of course super strong, because it will be put under some pressure the next time it's pulled off. Thanks.

Just wanted to show what my cover looks like, just in case anyone knows if I can get it to purchase brand new. It may be a little hard to see, but at the back is where it's broken. I may be able to plastic weld, but not sure. If I can get some sort of clear or black glue that'll be strong enough, I'd prefer use that.
