Do u guys make "house calls?" My vehicle isn't in driving condition & I don't find it feasible for me to pay to have it towed for an estimate. If you don't, it's no scene, I'll try to see what other options are available.

If my car keeps going out of alignment, does it mean I have to repair the chassis? Car was hit and the chassis was pulled straight.

We do go out to see vehicles but we highly recommend sending it to us especially if you are making an insurance claim or getting financing for the repairs as with our facilities and technicians available we can produce a much more accurate estimate for the repairs.

If you would like we can send a wrecking service for your vehicle and included the cost on our estimate so as long as you give us the job the Insurance Co will pay for the wrecking as well.

PM details of the vehicle and your contact info and we can discuss your options further if you would like.

There are a number of issues you can be facing here.

1) You have a damaged suspension part or parts
2) The chassis has not been properly / accurately repairs (Very likely)
3) Rims / Tyres on the vehicle are beyond specification
4) Improperly done alignment
5) Improper installation of changed suspension parts

PM Details of your vehicle, accident, what was changed and what was repaired and I will attempt to advise you further.

@hafiezali

Can it be driven, generally a rotten chassis calls for a replacement either entirely or possibly a sidemember or crossmember only. We may be able to assist you depending on what the repair entails. Can you get it to us?

I like the fact that you are taking time to answer as much questions without bumping your post unnecessarily. Good job.

I have a Suzuki samurai off road vehicle that I will like you guys to check out. Do you do these vehicles ?

@V2NR 3.0

Yes we can repair any vehicle as long as the area in question is repairable by manufacturer standards, otherwise we would recommend replacement. Let us check it out and we will advise you on what we believe your best option is to get the vehicle to manufacturer standards.

Regards,
Emmerson
