FYI: RBC's Revised Personal and Business Account Fees

Postby hydroep » May 15th, 2013, 9:34 am

For interested parties who may have missed the correspondence.

Looks like these fee revisions/additions are part of a more aggressive move toward discouraging traditional in-bank transactions and encouraging the use of the "currently free" electronic banking options.

Will be closing my account off tomorrow. I hope more people do the same and let the banks know that their customers pay their bills. With a mass exit of customers they will bend to their knees. Same way customers were willing to move their money from Centre City Mall in Chaguanas because they didnt want to pay for parking.

Thanks for the heads up. I would advise ppl to move their money before these dates because the bank might charge them a fee to close off their account as well
